Chioma Joy Petway’s meditation journey began in all-night prayer sessions, where silence eventually gave way to the expansiveness of the ALL. She trained under Rev. Angel Kyodo Williams at the MNDFL Training Academy and studied Tantra in Tulum, Mexico. Chioma also completed a four-month Neo-Somatic coaching program with David Manning’s Emotional Release Institute. These transformative practices affirmed her intuitive gift of using imagination and mindfulness to expand peace and joy within.

Her daily meditation practice serves as a foundation for working through life’s challenges, systematically aligning her nervous system, and training her conscious self. Chioma’s approach to group meditation is to re introduce the nature of peace and joy within each of us, ultimately streghtening our awareness and muscle to align with this truth.  As the founder of her clinical practice Achieving Joy, she works from a place of understanding, helping clients overcome fear and trauma to achieve their desired life.
